It is a very commonly used resource in the game, so you will need to farm a lot of it. So I recently got mesa and she is by far my favorite warframe; however my wepons are weak and lame so I wanna build the revolver looking gun. One of the materials is 1000 polymer bundles. So I was wondering what is the best mission to get them. Also im like pretty much a noob, so only mars and some other planet give me them.

I like Assur (Dark Sector Survival) on Uranus. Base infested supposedly only drop common resources, and the only common resource on Uranus is Polymer Bundles. If you find the right room to hole up in and bring a squad of 4, you can get a good number of polymer bundles in 20 minutes. Bring a Nekros and Pilfering Swarm Hydroid for more.

I like Ophelia, on Uranus. Bring Hydroid with augment, good str and duration, Speed Nova, EV and Despoil Nekros. Find a good corner, the Hydroid casts tentacles and it will kill any mob till 40mins, maybe even more. A bit boring, but effective. If you're not into camping either go to this very same node, or Assur if you prefer infested.

Or just run random capture missions on Uranus. With all the resource caches around the map, it's much faster to farm this way (~150 polymer per polymer cache). You can get around 800 polymer in a 5 minutes mission, pretty useful if you don't need too much of it.
