Duramax ticking noise.

Alright I need help. I have got an 05 duramax with 165k miles. Had GM replace all injectors 14 months ago. However the motor has developed a loud knocking noise. When the noise first became present, I stopped at a truck stop and poured in some Lucas injector cleaner. The noise is not audible at idle or deceleration, only upon acceleration or when cursing down the highway. It seems to be loudest when the engine is hot 90+. Just Bought the truck and have previously owned a couple doge cummins. They were loud but they hummed along rhythmically not this random clacking and ticking.

Been in 3 different 2020’s and besides when mine melted down a dpf, I’ve yet to hear a quieter Dmax from factory.
