I never tested long enough, but by 15dpo my first pregnancy it was still at best half strength of the test line. Different tests are different thresholds and implantation date can vary by pregnancy, etc. For example, I had bloodwork with both pregnancies 14dpo #1: 66, #2: 122 16dpo #1: 128, #2: 284
