The great news is Commander Lilith and the Fight for Sanctuary DLC is more of the funny, loot-happy Borderlands 2 we know and love. Just got Borderlands GOTY edition like a lot of others on this board and chose Lilith as my 2nd character (played a bit with Roland and found him a bit boring) due to her main weapon being SMGs. After a bit of initial confusion regarding skills I decided to consult a FAQ, which promptly stated that the only good Lilith build is a non-elemental one.

hyper, as long as your having fun with your build thats all that really matters. but just from my personal experience i didnt really like phoenix as i have a merc mod with +12 smg ammo regen so saving ammo wasnt an issue, plus the fact that it ignites barrels lead to many deaths.
