Yes, you should definitely shift your points around. Moonveil does best with heavy investment into INT. Because of that you can also use Sorcery as utility or primary means of damage in some situations. But you’d still use Moonveil as primary source of damage.

Rivers of blood is definitely the more raw power of the two, but you could make a preference case for either. Middle hand. Ngl bruv, upgrading both to 10 was a big waste of resources if you’re not using hacks/trainers. I was wondering if a moonveil mage build is still good. Definitely yes, still really strong. But honestly anything in this game can be strong if you know how to build it properly.
