So, what finally worked for me was simply leaving the TwlBg.cxi file in /luma/sysmodules folder without renaming it, and deleting the /_nds/TWiLightMenu/TwlBg folder altogether. hiyaCFW won't really help, I just say get it because you can install forwarders to your favourite DS games directly on the DSi Menu. It's a workaround, to be exact. Nothing will make system apps appear on TWiLight Menu, but hiyaCFW can make a maximum of 39 of your favourite NDS games on your DSi Menu.TWiLight Menu++. What's new? The actual question would be why would you use twilight when you can have the game menu on the homescreen of the 3ds, easier to access, quicker to find game to play, etc.
