Wintertusk crafted gear is a good alternative. But if you can farm ww, they are way better for the stats. Wintertusk has nearly the exact same damage as ww, but lower in resistance. But you said you struggle with survivability so I'm not quite sure whether you should use wintertusk or not.So basically only lucky people and extreme players can get this gear. I am not the type of person who can get 6 archmage or promethean in two months and i'm positive i'm not alone.
